+ If I'm in NYC, is it possible to make the purchase it in person?

Sure, just contact us at hi@bowoonyc.com so we can hold the item you want and it will be available at our NYC showroom for pick up. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

+ Can I pay for it online, and pick it up in person?

Of course, just contact us at hi@bowoonyc.com and we’ll arrange a pickup instead. It’ll save you some shipping fee and hopefully lower some carbon footprints.

+ Are Bowoo products available for purchase at any retail locations?

Our products are currently only available for purchase on our online store & NYC Showroom.

+ If I want something that is out of stock on your site, can I still order one?

Definitely, it should be available for backorder. If not, just contact us at hi@bowoonyc.com with what you want. We will let you know when it becomes available.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

+ Where are Bowoo products made and who makes them?

Everything is made in our Brooklyn workshop. We are a team of 2. Yes, just 2 of us. Mom and daughter duo. Mom does all of the pattern making and sewing, daughter does all the design, ideas, sourcing, shipping, emailing… and anything else a business needs.

The only exception is our guitar case, which is made in Vermont, USA.

+ Are the guitar cases available in other sizes?

It comes in one size, but we've found a perfect size that will fit most acoustic guitars and some hollowbody guitars very well. Contact hi@bowoonyc.com if you are concerned about fitting.

SHIPPING

+ How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of the items. You may check the cost of shipping before checkout.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all our products internationally. In order keep the shipping cost low, shipping time is 10 to 16 days depending on where you are located. Please feel free to contact us at hi@bowoonyc.com for more information on this.

+ How about the guitar case? Do you ship that outside of the United States?

We are only able to ship them in slightly smaller boxes, which means we will have to bend the case just a bit. They are flexible enough to do this, but the cases may arrive slightly folded. Just let it sit and it should return to its original form (we tried this ourselves). However, shipping cost will be anywhere from $75 to $100. Please contact hi@bowoonyc.com if you have any questions regarding international shipping rates.

RETURNS

+ What is your return policy?

All items can be returned in their original condition (unused and unnworn) within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

+ How do I make a return?

Unless an error was made on our part, the cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must include an original copy of the receipt along with the return.
